In table tennis teaching, different teaching methods and combinations should be selected according to the characteristics of the sport at the different phases of technique formation. Multi-ball and single-ball training methods can help master the skill, but it is difficult to achieve satisfactory results. Students have the poor ability in using the skill after mastering the skill. Adopting the way of teaching experiment, the article arranges the proportion of multi-ball training and single-ball training rationally. It tries to find out a practicable training method which is different from the traditional single-ball and multi-ball training method with the aim of helping students master the skill and improving their ability of using the skill. |
