通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,对“十二五”时期我国体育产业结构存在的问题,体育产业结构优化的原则、重点难点、目标以及实施路径等问题进行了探讨。结果认为,“十二五”时期,我国体育产业结构优化的重点和难点是体育产业的市场结构、行业结构和所有制结构;目标是体育产业增加值4 000亿、从业人员400万,体育服务业增加值所占比重超过30%,非公有制经济增加值所占比重超过80%,体育用品业R&D经费投入强度达到0.6%,体育类上市公司数量超过30家;具体实施路径有:深化体育管理体制改革、大力发展体育服务业、促进社会投资体育产业、提升体育新产品研发能力、促进体育产业和相关产业的融合发展等。 |

By the methods of literature study, expert interview and questionnaire, the article discusses the existing problems in China’s sports industry structure in the period of “12th Five-Year Plan” and the principle, focal and difficult points, target and the ways of implementation of optimizing sports industry structure. The result shows that in the period of “12th Five-Year Plan”, the focal and difficult points of optimizing China’s sports industry structure lie in sports industry’s market structure, industry structure and ownership structure. The target is to increase the value of sports industry to 400 billion and increase the people of engaging in the industry to 4 million. The increased value of sports service industry occupies a proportion of more than 30%. The increased value of non-public-ownership economy occupies a proportion of over 80%. R&D investment in sporting goods industry reaches 0.6%. The number of the listed companies of sports category is more than 30. The ways of implementation include deepening the reform of sports administrative system, further developing sports service industry, encouraging the social investment to sports industry, improving the ability of developing new sports products and promoting the integration and development of sports industry with other relevant industries. |
