主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法，从职业足球、全运会足球和青少年足球3个层面，对上海市足球运动的发展现状进行分析，找出上海足球运动发展中存在的主要矛盾，并提出对策与建议。

英文摘要:

By the ways of document consultation, interview, on-the-spot survey and logic analysis, the author made a survey of Shanghai professional football clubs, male and female football teams for the National Games and some middle and elementary schools in which football is quite popular. The paper analyzes the status quo of the football development in Shanghai so as to find out the major problems in the development and offer relevant suggestions.
