在全面建成小康社会目标确立的背景下，体育存在的不符合伦理发展现象，有可能成为目标达成的阻力因素，而小康社会体育伦理目标是调适和规范大众的体育需要。文章提出应在坚持公正、人道、生态、奉献、诚信等原则的基础上，通过文化提升、政府责任和社会互动等基本途径实现小康社会体育伦理。

英文摘要:

Under the background of building up comprehensively a well-off society, the existing phenomena that do not conform to ethics in the development of sports may become the obstruction in reaching the target. Th aim of sports ethics in a well-off society is to regulate and standardize the sports needs of the people. The paper suggests that on the basis of persisting in the principles of justice, humanity, ecology, contribution and honesty, the sports ethics in a well-off society should be realized through the ways of culture promotion, government responsibility and social interaction.
