On the basis of literature study, expert interview & consultation, questionnaire, observation and test and taking the Chinese elite female 100m hurdlers as the subjects, the author made an analysis of the time between the starting point and the first hurdle, the segment time from the first hurdle to the 10th hurdle, the sprint time, the result of the whole race and the velocity difference of the elite Chinese and foreign female 100m hurdlers. The aim is to find out the existing problems in the rhythm between the hurdles, which affect the performance of the Chinese female 100m hurdle race and to seek the proper ways to solve the problems. The study may provide theoretical reference for the scientific technical training of China’s elite female 100m hurdlers and has realistic significance in improving technical efficiency and performance of the Chinese female 100m hurdlers. |
