中文摘要:

主要采用文献资料法、测量法、实验法及数理统计法等研究方法，从场地器材及教学内容等方面对上海市中小学篮球进行创新，并通过教学实验，从篮球技能及兴趣两个方面证实了其适宜性。

英文摘要:

By the methods of literature study, measurement, experiment and statistics, the paper focuses on the innovation of basketball teaching in Shanghai elementary and middle schools in the aspects of equipment & facilities and teaching contents. And through the teaching practice, the feasibility has been approved by the improvement of the students’ basketball skill and interest.
