巴西民众示威游行反对举办大型体育赛事影响生活质量，提醒我们思考举办赛事的利弊和决策方式。它启示我们办赛要量力而行，要留有余地，要科学决策。建议让办赛与业绩脱钩，使体育赛事回归自然；采用群策群力的方式，提升决策的合理性；有所为，有所不为，让赛事惠及地方百姓；建立问责制度，杜绝铺张浪费；创新办赛模式，充分发挥市场和社会力量。

英文摘要:

The Brazilian public demonstration was against hosting big sports events which, people think, affects the quality of their life. This reminds us to consider the advantages and disadvantages of hosting events and the way of decision-making. We come to know that we should do no more than we can in staging sports events. The decision-making should be based on science. The article suggests decoupling organizing events with work achievement and making sports events return to nature, promoting the rationality of the decisions by joint efforts, making events benefit the local people by clearly knowing what to do and what not to do, forming an accountability system and putting an end to extravagance and waste, innovating in event-hosting model and bringing the power of market and society into full play.
