安全保障义务是“人的安全是至高无上的”和“以人为本”的理念在法律中的体现。通过将学校体育场馆对外开放的安全保障义务与经营场所及公共设施的安全保障义务进行比较，探讨学校体育场馆对外开放安全保障义务的内涵、外延、责任主体、法理基础、来源、归责原则以及合理边界。

英文摘要:

The obligation of safeguard is" human safety is the supreme" and " people-oriented" concept in the law. This article through the comparison obligation of safeguard of school sports venues opening and operation of places and public facilities. Discussion on obligation of safeguard of school sports venues opening about connotation, denotation, the main responsibility, legal basis, source, responsibility principle and reasonable boundary .In order to providing reference to solving legal risk problems.
