身高是人体的一项重要生理参数,具有很高的遗传度。在竞技体育运动中身高具有重要价值,一些身高相关的体育项目对身高均有着特殊的要求,就运动员科学选材来说身高指标权重很大。对运动员身高进行选材主要使用骨龄预测身高和第二性征预测身高等方法,它们在预测性方面略为欠缺。随着分子生物学和分子遗传学技术的发展,身高的基因研究也得到深入开展。身高的基因研究主要分为候选基因研究和全基因组关联研究两种。身高的基因研究将为运动员身高选材提供一条更为科学、更为有效的方法,具有广阔的发展前景。 |

Height is an important physiological parameter and is of high degree of heredity. In athletic sports, height is of great value and some sports have special requirements on athlete’s stature. As an weight index, height is significant in scientific talent selection. There are two main ways to predict height in talent selection, i.e., skeletal age and secondary sexual characteristics. But they relatively lack scientificalness in predictability. With the development of the technology of molecular biology and molecular genetics, height gene researches are carried out in a deep-going way. There are two kinds of these researches. One is candidate gene study, and the other is genome-wide association study. Gene researches of height provide a scientific and effective way for height identification of athletic talent selection, which has a bright future |
