      目的:本研究以中国优秀女子公路自行车运动员为研究对象,研究长期比赛对她们的心肌损伤标志物的影响,探讨肌钙蛋白(cTnI)早期诊断心脏疲劳的实效性,同时对人参和磷酸果糖的营养干预效果做动态观察。方法:经过30 d的多日赛后,比赛组心肌损伤标志物CK、CK-MB、CK-MB/CK、AST明显升高,cTnI平均值在正常范围。结果:和比赛组相比,比赛+人参组和比赛+果糖组的心肌损伤标志物CK、CK-MB、CK-MB/CK、AST水平明显降低。3个比赛组cTnI平均值在正常范围,组间差别不明显。结论:人参和果糖可以通过不同的机制保护心肌细胞膜的完整性,人参能增强机体对各种有害刺激的反应能力,加强机体适应性。cTnI诊断心肌疲劳的特异性和敏感性高于CK、CK-MB、CK-MB/CK、AST。

      Purpose: Taking the elite Chinese female road cyclists as the subjects, the author studied the effects of long-term race on their myocardial injury biomarkers, explored the effectiveness of using cardiac troponin (cTnI) for early diagnosis of cardiac fatigue and made a dynamic observation of the results of Ginseng and Fructose intervention. Method: After a 30-day race, the competition group’s myocardial injury biomarkers of CK, CK-MB, CK-MB/CK and AST rose significantly and the average value of cTnI was within the normal range. Result: Compared with the competition group, the levels of the myocardial injury biomarkers of CK, CK-MB, CK-MB/CK and AST of the race plus ginseng group and race plus fructose group decreased obviously. The average cTnI value of the three competition groups was within the normal range and no distinct difference was observed between the groups. Conclusion: Ginseng and fructose may protect the integrity of myocardial membrane through different mechanism. Ginseng may promote the body response ability to different harmful stimuli and improve body adaptability. The specificity and sensitivity of cTnI in diagnosing cardiac fatigue are better than CK, CK-MB, CK-MB/CK and AST.
