      体育教师的工作满意度在很大程度上决定着体育教师的工作激情与投入程度,为了了解当前初中体育骨干教师的工作满意度,本研究采用自编问卷,对参加“2013年国培计划紧缺薄弱骨干学科教师培训初中体育与健康学科”的120名体育教师进行了调查。结果表明:初中体育骨干教师的职业满意度和自我满意度处于较高水平,学生满意度和收入福利满意度处于中等水平,对学校环境及领导满意度处于较低水平。根据研究结果,提出应增加体育骨干教师的收入,提供良好的工作环境和增加晋升机会,从而提升初中体育骨干教师的满意度,促进其专业发展。
英文摘要:
      PE Teachers' job satisfaction determines their passion and devotion to work. In order to understand the current middle school PE teachers’ job satisfaction, the authors, using the self-designed questionnaire, surveyed 120 PE teachers participated in the 2013 National Training Program for Backbone PE Teachers. The survey result shows that the job satisfaction degrees and self satisfaction degrees of the backbone middle school PE teachers are at a relatively high level. The student satisfaction degrees and the income & welfare satisfaction degrees are at a medium level. The satisfaction degrees of the school environment and the leaders are at a low level. The paper suggests increasing the income of the backbone PE teachers, providing them with better working environment and more promotion opportunities so as to upgrade the satisfaction degrees of the backbone middle school PE teachers and help them accelerate their professional development.
