      以上海公共体育场馆设施为研究对象,通过问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料法等方法,研究了公众对体育场馆的感知形象和满意度,为公共体育场馆设施在硬件和软件设施的建设与管理上提出建议。研究从公众对上海公共体育场馆区位及选址的直观感受、场馆运动设施评价、馆内配套设施评价、场馆周边配套设施印象、场馆使用过程、场馆服务水平、场馆管理制度的整体印象这几个纬度进行调查,结果表明:公众对公共体育场馆的场区选址、环境、交通、配套设施、服务态度和服务效率等满意度较高。并提出加强公共体育场馆宣传、提高室内外设施水平、提高服务水平等建议。
英文摘要:
      Taking Shanghai public sports facilities as the subjects and by the methods of questionnaire, interview and literature study, the paper studies the perceived image and satisfaction of the public toward the sports facilities. It puts forward suggestions on the construction and management of the hardware and software facilities of the public stadiums. Research investigations were made of the intuitive feelings of the public toward the position and site selection of Shanghai public sports facilities, evaluation of the stadium facilities, evaluation of the supporting facilities inside the stadiums, the impression of the supporting facilities around the stadiums, the operation process of the stadiums, the service level of the stadium and the overall impression of the stadium management system. The result shows that people are satisfied with the site selection, environment, traffic, supporting facilities, service attitude and service efficiency. Suggestions are put forward for strengthening the promotion of the public sports facilities, enhancing the level of the facilities both inside and outside the stadiums and improving the service level.
