Based on the status quo of the service management, staffing & equipment configuration and opening hours of Shanghai community gyms, the authors tried to obtain the evaluation of the fitness participants on the service management of the community gyms with the methods of questionnaire, literature study and on-the-spot observation. The article aims to uncover the shortcomings of the gyms in service and management and puts forward the relative measures and suggestions. |
