本文对2015年1月1日开始实施的《世界反兴奋剂条例》（简称《条例》）修订条款，从对原有《条例》的加强等方面对新《条例》所增加的灵活性等一些关键变化进行了介绍和阐述，最后从经济和对上诉至国际体育总裁院（CAS）的角度进行讨论。

The Article introducted and discribed key changes of the revision of “the World Anti-Doping Code”, which came into operation on 1 January 2015, from the aspect of strenghing the code and providing flexibility for the code. Also the article introducted the financial consequnces and appeals to CAS.
