By the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and taking the curriculum and training
models for the postgraduates of full-time PE master's degree of the five universities in Jiangsu Province and
Shanghai as the subjects, the research discovers the problems, such as, the irrational curriculum establishment which does not fit the training goal, weak practice arrangement in teaching, unscientific and imperfect training models, etc. The paper suggests establishing and innovating the curriculum system for the postgraduates of full-time PE master's degree, perfecting the training models, forming an integrated training mechanism of
"campus plus off-campus", taking into practice the "two-tutor system", finding more places for off-campus practice, strengthening the coalition of college and enterprise, improving students' practice ability and enhancing the supervision and inspection of the students in the periods of teaching and practice. |
