Using the methods of literature consultation, expert interview, experimental comparison and mathematical statistics, 8-week leveraging training was organized for 12 teenage athletes. Data were collected before and after the training for analysis and comparison. The data include squatting braking acceleration which affects jerk ability, jerk pull acceleration, special jerk performance,etc. The aim is to explore the actual function of different-load leveraging push in improving young weightlifters' jerk ability so as to provide reference for the jerk training in future. |
