对已有的研究进行分析，结合上海体育当前发展现状，阐述了上海市建设全球著名体育城市的原因以及这一措施对城市的意义。通过分析国际著名体育城市的评价标准，研究国际知名体育城市建设的得失经验，分析上海与国际知名体育城市之间的差距，为上海的体育城市建设提出可行性建议。

英文摘要:

By analyzing the relevant literature and according to the present development of sports in Shanghai, this paper expounds the reasons and significance of turning Shanghai into a world-famous sports city. It analyzes the evaluation criteria of the world-renowned sports cities, studies their experience in the course of construction, discusses the gap between Shanghai and the world-famous sports cities so as to provide suggestions and means for constructing Shanghai into a sports city.
