To study the effect of fluid replacement on aerobic endurance during exercise in high temperature and high humidity environment. Method: 30 athletes from Jilin Institute of Physical Education were randomly selected. There was no difference between the indexes of age, height, weight, vital capacity and VO2max. The subjects were divided into normal temperature and normal humidity group, high temperature and high humidity group, high temperature and high humidity fluid replacement group. HR, muscle oxygen content changes and the duration of exercise and recovery time were measured in the process of the experiment. Result: Compared with the high temperature and high humidity group, the body temperature and heart rate of the fluid replacement group were lower. The decrease of muscle oxygen saturation was lower. The duration of exercise was prolonged, while the recovery time was shortened. So fluid replacement can improve the ability of aerobic exercise in high temperature and high humidity environment. |
