Since the Provisional Regulations on Inspection of Banned Substances in National Sporting Events was issued in 1989, Chinese government has been committed to anti-doping legislation and enforcement. Although great progress has been achieved, the anti-doping system, which is mainly initiated by the government, is bound to face some problems in the process of development. Therefore, this study, mainly uses the method of literature review to analyze the anti-doping law and system in China from the perspective of administrative law. It is held that current anti-doping in China has deficiencies and shortcomings in its system, procedures, preventive measures, rights protection and so on. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward from the four aspects: legislation, supervisory mechanism, hearing transcripts and administrative interview, in order to promote the improvement of China's anti-doping system and offer a new perspective in the field of anti-doping study. |
