To cultivate and develop non-profit youth sports organizations at all levels is a reform requirement for the government to transform its functions, strengthen social services, and stimulate market vitality in the context of modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity. Based on the analysis framework of government, society and market governance system, this paper studies the governance of youth sports organizations, and proposes that the governance network system to be constructed should be composed of government or sports administrative agencies and society, family or the youth. With multiple attributes, diverse forms and cross domain, youth sports organizations bear the important responsibility of providing the young people with sports health promotion services and cultivating sports reserve talents. In order to effectively realize the service function of the youth sports organization and meet the current teenagers' sport needs, we should promote its construction to guarantee the expansion of the extracurricular exercise, and to undertake social responsibility from the five aspects of cultivating interest and habits, enhancing physical and mental fitness, expanding extracurricular activities and the opening to the public, imparting technology and skills, advocating public welfare and social service. |
