      通过系统检索与分析相关文献,对骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗的发生机制,运动对骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗的影响及其机制,运动对肥胖等代谢紊乱人群血液/骨骼肌代谢物含量的影响,以及代谢物参与运动改善骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗的作用及可能的生物学机制进行综述。研究显示,运动可改变肥胖等代谢紊乱人群血液/骨骼肌中乳酸、甘氨酸、支链氨基酸、3-羟基异丁酸、β-氨基异丁酸、酰基肉碱、谷氨酰胺和磷脂等代谢物的含量,这些代谢物可能通过直接或间接的方式作用于胰岛素依赖性/非依赖性途径改善骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗。深入了解并研究运动诱导的代谢物变化在调节骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗中的作用及其机制,可为运动改善肥胖等代谢性疾病提供新的靶点与方向

      This article provides a comprehensive review of the mechanisms underlying skeletal muscle insulin resistance, the impact of exercise on skeletal muscle insulin resistance and its mechanisms, the effects of exercise on the blood/muscle metabolic profile of individuals with metabolic disorders such as obesity, and the role of metabolites in exercise-induced improvement of skeletal muscle insulin resistance and their potential biological mechanisms. Studies have shown that exercise can alter the levels of various metabolites in the blood/muscle of individuals with metabolic disorders such as obesity, including lactate, glycine, branched chain amino acids, 3-hydroxyisobutyrate, beta-amino-isobutyric acid, acylcarnitine, glutamine and phospholipids. These metabolites may act directly or indirectly on insulin-dependent/non-insulin-dependent pathways to improve skeletal muscle insulin resistance. A deeper understanding and investigation of exercise-induced changes in metabolites and their role in regulating skeletal muscle insulin resistance and its mechanisms may provide new targets and directions for the improvement of metabolic diseases such as obesity through exercise intervention.
