体育产业新职业是指符合体育产业高质量发展需求，具有比较清晰的专业内涵，且相继涌现于体育招聘市场中的职业。为了解近年来我国体育产业新职业发展的具体情况，采用内容分析法，对体育企业招聘信息进行梳理和分析，共获取包括康复治疗师、体育经理人、球鞋定制师、电子竞技运营师等职业在内的16个体育产业新职业信息。我国体育产业新职业数量和规模不断扩大，得益于体育产业新业态迭出、多业态融合的快速发展。然而，其发展也面临着供需矛盾突出、配套措施不完善、政府与劳动者认知不高等现实困境。建议完善体育产业新职业发展的顶层设计与配套政策，进一步挖掘体育产业新业态发展中的新职业机会，借助新就业形态拓展体育产业新职业的发展空间，着力缓解体育产业新职业劳动力市场的供需矛盾。

英文摘要:

New jobs in the sports industry refer to those which meet the demand for high-quality development of the sports industry, have relatively clear professional connotations, and have emerged in the sports recruitment market one after another. In order to understand the specifics of the development of new jobs in the sports industry in China in recent years, the content analysis method is adopted to analyze the recruitment information of sports enterprises, and a total of 16 new jobs in the sports industry are analyzed, including rehabilitation therapists, sports managers, sneaker customizers, e-sports operators, etc. The continuous expansion of the number and scale of new jobs in China's sports industry has benefited from the rapid development of the sports industry with the iteration of new business forms and the integration of multiple business forms. However, its development also faces the realistic dilemmas such as sharp contradiction between supply and demand, imperfect supporting measures, and low cognition between the government and the labor. Therefore the author makes the following suggestions: to improve the top-level design and supporting policies for the development of new jobs in the sports industry, to secure new job opportunities in the development of new business forms in the sports industry, to expand the development space for new jobs in the sports industry with the help of new employment forms, and to make efforts to ease the contradiction between supply and demand in the labour market for new jobs in the sports industry.
