英文摘要:
      A large number of studies support 5 METs as the minimum aerobic capacity threshold required for maintaining healthy survival. However, achieving an aerobic capacity level of around 8-10 METs can further significantly reduce cardiovascular risk, metabolic diseases, and mortality, thus bringing significant health benefits. Although 12-14 METs fitness levels still provide benefits for athletic performance, for most people, the health returns beyond 8 METs gradually diminish. It has been proven that improving aerobic capacity through aerobic exercise is the most effective way to reduce chronic disease risks and promote health. Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise can significantly improve aerobic capacity, reduce chronic disease risks, and prolong life.
