在百年未有之大变局背景下，国际体育法呈现出新的维度、视角和内容。2024年12月13日至14日，第26届世界体育法大会在希腊雅典隆重召开。大会以“国际体育法新维度、新视角：AI改革与体育规则演变”为主题，深入探讨了在社会变革影响下，国际体育法的理念、价值、理论以及AI改革对国际体育法的影响，同时聚焦了国际体育法理论与实践中的热点议题。总体来看，在新的形势下，国际体育法在理念、价值和理论方面正经历着变革，国际体育秩序和法律关系亟待重新界定。AI的革新为国际体育监管带来了新的问题和挑战，而体育治理的创新也催生了一系列新的国际体育法问题。

英文摘要:

Against the backdrop of a once-in-a-century global transformation, international sports law is evolving with new dimensions, perspectives, and contents. The 26th International Association of Sports Law(IASL) Congress took place in Athens, Greece, from December 13th to 14th, 2024. The Congress, covering the theme "Sports Law: New Dimensions and Perspectives: AI Reform and Sports Regulations", delved deeply into the concepts, values, and theories of international sports law as influenced by social change, as well as the impact of AI technological progress on international sports law. It also concentrated on trending topics within the theory and practice of international sports law. In summary, international sports law is experiencing changes in concepts, values, and theories under the new circumstances; and the international sports order and legal relationships require to be redefined urgently. The innovation of AI technology has introduced new problems and challenges to international sports law, while the innovation of sports governance has also given rise to a series of new international sports law issues.
