Bodybuilding can increase muscle mass through intensive strength training. Scientific and rational nutritional supplements may increase the growth of muscles. The supplements increasing muscle mass distinctly are creatine, whey, β-hydroxy β-methybutyrate (HMβ), branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and glutamine. The supplements that may possibly increase muscle mass are ornithine-α-ketoglutarate (OKG), zinc/magnesium aspartate (ZMA), α-ketoglutarate (α-KG), α-ketoisocaproate (α-KIC), chromium, vanadium, etc. |
