| By the ways of literature study and interview, the article analyzes the status quo of the professional development of the young PE teachers in Shanghai universities, laying emphasis on the basic conditions, professional attitudes and professional ability of the young PE teachers. It aims to find out the existing major problems in the process of their professional development. The paper analyzes the relative causes and puts forward some suggestions. |
