Rowing is a cyclical sport. Human muscle strength is the power source of the movement of boat. Fast speed can only be obtained by improving muscle speed strength of the athletes. Through the 3-year tracking study of the junior rowers' specific strength training, the author has accumulated some experience, which might be useful to coaches in junior rowers' strength training. |
