      在总结课程改革经验的基础上,结合现代课程理论,将体育课、活动课、课外体育俱乐部活动通盘考虑,整体优化设计学习目标、学习方式、学习单元,实施相应的学习组织形式、学习评价。从夯实基础、提高兴趣、形成技能、培养习惯方面着手,探索培养学生体育自主发展能力的途径和方法。

      According to the experience of curriculum reform and the modern curriculum theories, the article takes into consideration the PE class, activity class and extracurricular sports clubs. It discusses the optimal design for learning objective, learning methods and learning units, together with relative learning organization types and learning assesment. Attention should be paid to consolidating the foundation, enhancing the interest, forming the skills and cultivating good habits in order to find out the methods for developing students' ability of PE self-development.
