| Based on the analysis of the concept of "the relations between government and institutions" and the characteristics of such relation models in some developed Western countries, the article tries to discuss the conflict and evolution of "the relations between government and institutions" during China's transition period and the development of the physical education institutions in China under this background. It focuses on the choke points the institutions encountered in this period so as to reveal the development tendency of China's physical education institutions in post-Olympic times. |
