| By the methods of questionnaire, expert interview and statistics, the paper analyzes the cultivation target, cultivation mode of the reserved talents of the top-level sports teams as well as the management system. It puts forward some suggestions on ideal reserved talent cultivation mode and management system of top-level sports teams in universities. |
