| Sports human resources in Japan can be divided into 3 cateories and 29 types. Detailed posts are clearly defined in areas, schools and industries. The cultivation and accreditation systems for sports instructors in Japan are perfect. The operation mode of social sports instruction is rational and flexible. There is a high proportion of the sports volunteers in Japan and the cultivation efficiency is high. The successful experience of Japan in sports human resources classification, post setting and talent cultivation can be good reference for us. |
