      日本的体育人力资源分3大类29种,在地区、学校、产业有明确的岗位,分工较为精细。日本的体育指导员培养、认定制度比较完善,社会体育指导运营模式比较合理、灵活。日本的体育志愿者比例较高,且培养效率较高。日本在体育人力资源分类、岗位设置、人才培养等方面的成功经验值得我国借鉴。

      Sports human resources in Japan can be divided into 3 cateories and 29 types. Detailed posts are clearly defined in areas, schools and industries. The cultivation and accreditation systems for sports instructors in Japan are perfect. The operation mode of social sports instruction is rational and flexible. There is a high proportion of the sports volunteers in Japan and the cultivation efficiency is high. The successful experience of Japan in sports human resources classification, post setting and talent cultivation can be good reference for us.
