| Through the methods of literature study, questionnaire and interview, the article analyzes the talent selection of Chinese competitive gymnasts. The result shows that the talent selection of Chinese competitive gymnasts features dynamic, continuity, complementarity between the individual events, graduation of the methods, regionalism, diversity of graduation and indices and comprehensiveness of assessment methods. |
