| 配套制度改革是我国公共体育场馆管理体制改革的重要内容。在分析我国公共体育场馆配套制度改革的必要性与现状的基础上，梳理、归纳了科技、文化领域事业单位配套制度改革的成功经验及其启示，并就公共体育场馆配套制度改革的主要内容进行了深入分析，提出中央统一组织部署，科学制定改革方案、出台公共体育场馆配套制度改革实施细则，规范配套制度改革实践、制定专项政策予以支持等推进公共体育场馆配套制度改革的建议。 |

| Supporting system reform is an important content of the management system reform of China's public sports facilities. On the basis of analysing the necessity and the status quo of China's sports facilities' supporting system reform, the paper summarizes the successful experience and revelation of the supporting system reforms in the fields of culture and science & technology. It further discusses the main contents of the supporting system reform of the public sports facilities. It suggests that the central government should formulate scientifically a reform plan, issue the implementation rules, standardize the reform practice and stipulate the specific policies so as to improve the supporting system reform of the public sports facilities. |
