| Taking the operation status of Shanghai Hongkou Football Stadium Fitness Club as the subject, the paper analyses its management mechanism, competition background, market opportunity and risk, operation analysis and marketing strategy. It puts forward some suggestions on how to use its own advantages in the fierce competition so as to develop better in future. This study of a state-owned fitness club may provide reference for other fitness clubs in sports facilities. |
