| Based on the reality of the scientific research work of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education in the recent years, the paper analyzes the problems in the scientific research management of the institute and puts forward some suggestions of strengthening the process and archives management of scientific research topics, promoting the transformation of the research fruits, etc. |
