| While summarizing the successful experience of the Shanghai Women's Gymnastics Team in preparing for the 11th National Games, the authors discovered the weak items of the team events were too weak, the training methods were not so advanced, the monitoring in training was too simple and the active role of the veteran gymnasts had not been brought into full play. Relative solutions have been put forward so as to provide theoretical reference and basis for future training. |
