      采用工作倦怠问卷 (MBI-ES),通过对上海市大学体育教师工作倦怠的现状调查,分析被试工作倦怠的总体水平及个体的教龄与职务特征变量对个体工作倦怠影响的差异。 研究结果表明:1)被试工作倦怠的总体水平尚好,但存在工作倦怠的倾向;2)被试的工作倦怠与教龄整体成倒“U”型关系,11~15年教龄段的教师是工作倦怠倾向最为明显的阶段;3)是否担任班主任对工作倦怠没有显著主效应,而是否担任教练员和具有行政职务具有显著主效应。
英文摘要:
      The author surveyed the status quo of the job burnout of the PE teachers in Shanghai universities through MBI-ES and analyzed the total level of job burnout of the subjects and the different influence on individual job burnout due to the variables of the individual seniority and job characteristics. The result shows the following: 1) The general level of the job burnout of the subjects is Ok, but there exists the tendency of job burnout; 2) There is an inverted U relationship between the subjects’ job burnout and their seniority. Those who have been teachers for 11-15 years are distinctly at a stage of job burnout; 3) There is no clear main effect on job burnout whether the subject is a class teacher, but evident main effect exists if the subject is a coach or administrator.
