| 生物学和教育学知识是训练理论的两个重要基础，它们分别从自然科学和社会科学两个方面对训练理论形成支撑，是制定训练目标和任务、选择训练方法和手段以及控制训练过程和检验训练效果的重要依据。生物学是对人体自身和项目特征深入认识的基础和工具；教育学是教练员执教和运动员运动技能学习的基础和媒介，文章分析了我国训练理论缺乏生物学和教育学基础的主要原因，为重塑训练理论的生物学和教育学基础提供理论依据。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Biology and education science are the two important bases of training theories. They support the training theories from the aspects of natural science and social science. They are the important base for working out target and tasks, selecting training methods and the ways for controlling training process and checking training results. The article elaborates on the fact that biology is the base and means for recognizing human body itself and sports characteristics. Education science is the base and medium for coaches?teaching and athletes?learning. The article points out the main reason for our training theory抯 lacking the foundation of biology and education science so as to provide the theoretical base for rebuilding the base of biology and education science for training theories. |
