| By the methods of literature study and logic analysis, the article discusses the relative legal regulations on the back-pay of some Chinese sports clubs and points out the legal deficiencies for the back-pay of professional sports clubs. It puts forward some measures for solving the problem of back-pay in the field of Chinese professional sports. |
