| Core stability is a term frequently used in many fields including health and medical areas. The definitions of core stability in different scientific documents are not the same. Through the analysis of the position of core, the definition of stability in core stability and the composition of core stability, the article tries to define the position of core in human body, discuss the connotion of stability in core stability and analyze the biomechanical principles of core stability. |
