| By the methods of documentation and investigation, and taking Ruhr-University Bochum as an example, the article introduces the systematic setup and functions of physical education in German universities from the aspects of institute setup and association setup. And through case analysis, it expounds the maturity of the PE system and its perfect functions in German universities. |
