| 以上海市举重队、散打队、拳击队运动员为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，了解上海市重竞技项目运动员运动损伤情况及影响贴扎使用效果的原因，并针对运动损伤情况及贴扎使用中存在的问题提出建议，为防治运动损伤的发生、发挥使用贴扎的效果提供参考。 |

| Taking the athletes of Shanghai Weightlifting Team, Sanda Team and Boxing Team as the subjects and using the methods of literature study, questionnaire and statistics, the article focuses on the injuries of Shanghai heavy sports athletes and the cause affecting the effects of taping. Suggestions are put forward in order to solve the existing problems in taping, prevent sports injuries and improve the effects of taping. |
