| 在分析国内、外相关研究的基础上，通过文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法，对不同背景特征的上海市居民在休闲体育锻炼的态度和体验差异进行分析。在此基础上，进一步就以休闲体育锻炼建构健康城市为基础的认同感及运动态度和运动体验的相关性进行了研究。 |

| Based on the analysis of the relevant researches at home and abroad and by the methods of literature study, questionnaire and statistics, the article focuses on the different-background Shanghai citizens' attitude toward leisure sports exercise and the difference of experience. A further study has also been made on the cognition of building up a city of health with leisure sports exercise as well as the attitude toward exercise and exercise experience. |
