| International sport arbitration and commercial arbitration are unified under the basic concept and system. They have common characters as well as substantial differences. CAS has become the main body for settling international sport disputes. Its arbitration system features strong sport specialty in the assignment of arbitration agreement, the basic procedure of arbitration, application of substantial law and procedural law, award revocation as well as the recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards. |
