| 英文摘要: |
| Conflict is part of our daily lives, the critical problem is how to resolve them. Sport disputes is special, the resolution of sports disputes, other than in the context of the sports community, would give rise to contradictory decisions, significant inequalities and a lack of legal certainty with regard to the validity, efficacy and enforcement of some decisions. CAS was born under this background. It is independent of any sports organization or local government, which provides services to facilitate the settlement of sports-related disputes through arbitration or mediation by means of procedural rules adapted to the specific needs of the sports world. It gradually recognized as the fairest, most effective, speediest and most cost effective model for the resolution of sports disputes. |
