| The 18th CPC National Congress sets a magnificent target of building up comprehensively a well-off society. The construction of well-off sports is an important part of building up a well-off society. Based on sports requirements and sports participation, the paper suggests that ornamental-type entertainment sports should be regarded as an important part of building up well-off sports. It discusses the new ideas of developing ornamental-type entertainment sports. |
