| Using the methods of literature study and comparative analysis, the paper discusses the laws and policies relating to the construction of sports public service system in China. It also analyzes the legal difficulties the construction is facing. It puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the legal system of China’s sports public service in the aspect of building up comprehensively a well-off society. |
