| Sports activity involves risk. It is necessary to advocate low risk and safety participation. The old Sports Law did not pay attention to the people-oriented sports legislation principle. The modified draft of Sports Law follows the principle of low risk and safety participation and adds this to the items of the Law. Through a series of the cases in Australia, we come to know that in order to fully implement the principle, we need to adhere to the people-oriented legislation principle. Based on the different related subjects of sports law, the obligation of low risk and safety participation should be determined. |
