| By the methods of literature study, on-the-spot interview, questionnaire and statistics and taking the 17 universities that have high-level sports teams as the subjects, the paper discusses the design of the organizational structure, organizational responsibility and organizational system of the university high-level sports teams from the aspect of science organizational behavior. And from this perspective, it tries to find out the solutions for the existing problems in the development of China抯 high-level sports teams. |
