| 体育彩票专管员制度是为日益复杂的网点管理应运而生的。2009年上海市开始试行体育彩票专管员制度，次年已推广至上海各个区县，经过近3年的发展，上海体育彩票专管员队伍取得了长足的进步，为上海体育彩票销售网点的规范发展做出了巨大的贡献。研究以上海体育彩票专管员为研究对象，在了解上海体育彩票专管员管理现状的基础上，分析目前存在的主要问题，并对未来上海体育彩票专管员的发展路径提出建议。 |

| The system of sports lottery managing staff came into being in order to meet the requirements of the increasingly complicated management of the sales outlets. The trial implementation of the sports lottery managing staff system started in 2009 and the system was adopted by all the districts and countries of Shanghai the next year. After 3 years’ development, great progress was achieved and this has made outstanding contributions toward the standard development of the sports lottery sales outlets in Shanghai. Taking the Shanghai sports lottery managing staff as the subject and on the basis of understanding the status quo of the management of Shanghai sports lottery managing staff, the paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the suggestions on the future development path of Shanghai sports lottery managing staff . |
